This piece names the exact problem I’ve been building toward.

I’m working on a project that treats citations and source provenance as first-class objects—not just answers—specifically to avoid the kind of algorithmic omission you describe.

We’re focused on preserving how claims are sourced and connected—so AI outputs remain tethered to who said what, when, and where, rather than collapsing into decontextualized summaries.

It’s affirming to see such clear alignment around the need to preserve context and provenance as AI increasingly mediates how history is recorded.
